Every spice blend is a trade route you can taste. Press play and the map moves through five thousand years of flavour: where each spice grew, who carried it and where it ended up.
Follow one spice and its journey draws itself, hop by hop. A hundred and twenty spices are photographed and profiled, down to the molecules you smell. Mix your own blend and see why it works, or pull a classic apart and watch its ingredients fly home.
